The Wedding Party
We are very lucky to have a great group of friends and family that have supported us unwaveringly as we have grown up.
William Law
Best Man
For his entire life, William has been Frank's brother, and despite their 3.5 year age difference, they are quite close. From building forts in the backyard to trying to beat each other on the soccer field, no one has had a bigger influence on Frank's life.
John Geary
Groomsman
John and Frank met at Salesianum High School, where they were both on the freshman soccer team. Their friendship was cemented over the fryer and flat-top at del's grill, where they spent numerous summers working together.
Christian Halscheid
Groomsman
Christian and Frank also met at Salesianum High School, where they were virtually inseparable for most of their time there. A lifelong friendship was formed through way too many trips over the Delaware River.
Bryan Huarte
Groomsman
Bryan and Frank met at Notre Dame, where they successfully made Duke Nukem a two player game. Bryan's confident and creative nature tends to bring out the best in Frank.
Richard A. Kretschmer
Groomsman
Rich and Frank also met at Notre Dame, where Rich taught Frank the one handed lay up. Living within walking distance of each other in Cali, Rich and Frank bonded over many Mountain Dew refills at Red Robin.
Brett Rechel
Groomsman
Brett and Frank were roommates for 3 years at Notre Dame, where they lived in quite a symbiotic relationship. Brett would come up with a brilliant idea (such as buying a jet), and Frank would execute the idea to the best of his ability.
Patrick Schafer
Groomsman
Patrick is the youngest of the Schafer siblings, and is up for doing anything at anytime. Patrick and Frank worked together to construct a uniquely designed, eight legged, collapsible table, whose like will never be seen again.
Ryan Schafer
Groomsman
Ryan is the only Schafer child to have unintentionally visited Philadelphia. Despite his crazy work schedule and some horrible travel conditions, Ryan has managed to get to quite a few family events and that is greatly appreciated.
Julie Champion
Maid of Honor
Julie and Courtney have been friends since third grade, when Julie made Courtney be gruff Uncle Ben when they were assigned to perform a play together. After nearly 18 years of friendship, most people forget that Julie is not also a Schafer child.
Andrea Formolo
Maid of Honor
It would be impossible for Andrea and Courtney not to be friends after 17 years of school together, from kindergarten through Notre Dame. Courtney still loves Andrea even though she finally abandoned her and went to Emory instead of Duke.
Melissa Beiting
Bridesmaid
Melissa and Courtney have been friends ever since they were randomly assigned to be freshman year roommates in Walsh Hall at Notre Dame.  Ironically, though both are now lawyers, they never argued at all when living together.
Rebecca Craig
Bridesmaid
Courtney and Rebecca made quite a distinctive pair on the Notre Dame campus, with their nearly 1 foot height difference.  Their greatest triumph was convincing Walsh Hall residents to purchase LNO raffle tickets for fabulous prizes.
Emily Fleury
Bridesmaid
Emily and Courtney started playing soccer together in middle school, but truly bonded over doing each other's homework and secretly painting their nails on the soccer buses in high school.  The source of those strange fumes was a mystery....
Michelle Ferfolia
Bridesmaid
Michelle is to blame for Courtney's acquired tastes in makeup & country music.  Michelle is such a good friend that she played badminton at the Late Night Olympics & chaired the Walsh Wild Weekend just to make Courtney happy.
Jacqueline Schmidt
Bridesmaid
Jacqueline had to be friends with Courtney, otherwise who would have registered her for all her classes?  In return, Jacqueline gave Courtney a crash course in reading music and drawing scales after Courtney foolishly enrolled in Music 101.
Carly Schneider
Flower Girl
Carly is Courtney's long awaited and only cousin, finally appearing after nearly 20 years.  Carly should make the transition from "princess" to flower girl smoothly, after studying the wedding scenes in Cinderella and her other favorite Disney movies
